Don’t get me wrong on this one, because I love an invitation and I love Coach! But for some reason within the past few months I’ve started receiving special offers from Coach Factory in the mail for a chance to be invited to an invitation-only event. I had to read it a couple times … it’s not an invitation to participate in an event, just an invitation for a chance to be invited.
The mail itself is very nice — 2 very nice glossy card stock printed pieces, one giving a discount if I were to go into the Factory Store, and the other the invitation to sign up for the chance at the invitation. And all in a pre-printed envelope.
The invitation provides a website which I checked out first. Factoryoffer.coach.com will give you the sign up page (if you haven’t signed up and are interested, please do!). No indication of an opt out. So I tried the Coach website and no luck either. I also tried the Coach Factory website and still no luck. Checked everywhere and the only opt out instructions are for email messages, not for items received through the mail.
So I sent an email to [email protected], provided my address as it shows on the envelope and requested they remove me from their mailing list. Within an hour I received a response letting me know my information has been removed and that it may take one to two mailings for the request to take place. So thanks to Coach for their quick response to this request!
Never win publisher clearing house but keep trying. Thy entice you with all the emails and we all know no one wins. Opt me out of all pcs and affiliates.
